Shipping

In order to get items to you as quickly as possible, we will ship them the moment they become available. Some hand-made items may take longer to complete because of the curing time that is needed in their production.  

International Backers – Please be advised that duties may apply depending on your country’s policies. It is for this reason that your carts will not have taxes charged to them at checkout.

EXCHANGES FOR SIZING REASONS

If you run into sizing issues, please contact us immediately, so we can help get you into the correct size.  Please be aware that there is no reimbursement for return shipping for exchanges. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please do not return any items until you have contacted us first.

EXCHANGES FOR PRODUCT DEFECT
In the rare case that your item has a defect, please send us a message immediately and be sure to include photos for reference. You will need to send your item back to us for an exchange within 21 days of receiving it. Shipping costs for replacing a defective item will be refunded to you. The new item sent to you will be exactly the same item and size as your original order. Please do not return any items until you have contacted us first.

Once we have received your item, your exchange will be processed, and you will receive a new order tracking number when your new item is shipped.

Since all garments and hand-made piece are custom made-to-order, we cannot refund a product due to a change of mind.

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE
* To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and not washed and in the same condition you received it.
* It must also be in the original packaging.
* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
* When contacting us about a defective item, please be sure to include photos for our reference.
* To be eligible, the item must be the wrong size, faulty or damaged. We do not issue refunds if you change your mind about the product you selected.
* For any issue regarding an order, we must be contacted with 14 days of delivery.

SOME ITEMS ARE EXEMPT FROM BEING EXCHANGED
Non-exchangeable items:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is sent back to us for an exchange more than 21 days after delivery.

HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM
If you need to exchange the same item for a different size, or due to a product defect, email us immediately to YarkspiriFantasyArt@protonmail.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and you will receive a new order tracking number when your new item is shipped.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
